Faith Formation Student Registration
Welcome to SJE Faith Formation! Our program begins when children enter first grade. All registration is done online. Please read and follow the instructions below to register your child:
NEW STUDENTS
Two-Step Process
STEP 1: Complete the NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM. * NOTE: If you have a new student, you may include them in your payment with your other children, but please FIRST be sure to fill out the NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION FORM above and submit their baptismal certificate to faithformation@sjecm.org if your child was not baptized at SJE.
STEP 2: Click HERE to complete your registration by making the payment.
RETURNING STUDENTS
Please click HERE to register your child and then make the payment for the 2024-25 academic year. All families must complete this form to be registered.
*NOTE: If you have a new student, you may include them in your payment with your other children, but please FIRST be sure to fill out the New Student Registration Form above and submit baptismal certificate if your child was not baptized at SJE.
2024-2025 Calendars
LEVEL 7 (Confirmation Prep Year 1)
Students entering the first year of our confirmation prep program MUST also fill out the online confirmation application. This is for those entering 7th grade in the fall of 2024. If you did not receive this application via email, please email us at faithformation@sjecm.org.
Confirmation 2024 Candidates
These students are already registered for confirmation this fall - you do not need to include them in the registration payment. Please see their "Fearless" program schedule below under "Calendars".
