St. Genesius Guild: Office Volunteers

We are a ministry that works to support the rectory staff at St. John's. Volunteering about six hours monthly, we provide office assistance at the Rectory/Parish Office with duties such as answering and redirecting phone calls, connecting people with the appropriate church offices, personnel or the many ministries and activities happening at St. John's. For anyone who is interested in learning what really happens inside a rectory, enjoys interacting with parish workers, parishioners and especially our priests here at St. John's— this is an awesome ministry to be involved in. After an early retirement, I was looking for a way to still feel productive, but not take on the full responsibility of even part-time work. As a member of the St Genesius Guild, I am able to contribute my time and talent in an office environment in ways that are simple, social and fun- as we work together to support our priests, each other and our community.
